Caroline's Cookies is a locally owned cookie shop in Lafayette and Baton Rouge, Louisiana that specializes in hand-made, seasonal, and irresistibly thick & gooey cookies! Our menu features four signature flavors that are always available, alongside two new monthly rotating flavors. We also offer cookie cakes, catering services, and convenient delivery!

Founded by Caroline Merryman, Caroline's Cookies initially gained traction by selling cookies through direct messages on Instagram, followed by appearances at farmer's markets and pop-ups. The business gradually expanded its reach through online orders on our website, leading to our first storefront opening on August 14, 2021. Thanks to the unwavering support of our customers from our Lafayette location, we've tripled our staff and established two additional kitchens. Two years after our storefront debut, we're thrilled to announce the launch of a second location in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

We're constantly brainstorming new and exciting ventures, from introducing unique monthly flavors and hosting themed events to engaging in social media giveaways and collaborating with fellow local businesses.
